California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Opt-Out

Our Commitment

MoundLab does not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Despite this, California law (CCPA/CPRA) requires that we provide a functional mechanism for you to submit an opt-out request. This page serves as that mechanism.

What This Opt-Out Covers

  • Sale of personal information to third parties (we do not do this)
  • Sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not do this)
  • Use of sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our services (we only use it for fraud prevention)

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

MoundLab honors the Global Privacy Control(GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing under California Civil Code § 1798.135(e). If your browser sends a Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically — no form submission is needed.

Non-Discrimination

MoundLab will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive a different level or quality of service for submitting an opt-out request.

As a California resident, you also have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Delete your personal information (available in your account menu)
  • Access and export your data in a portable format (available in your account menu)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
